61 In search of the lost movement in communication research: Sociocultural Matrices in an Enactive Research in Communication1 Sandra Massoni2 Abstract: The article discusses on elements of the Enactive Strategic Communication Theory (MASSONI, 2003; 2016) and starting from it proposes to debate new epistemological scaffolds in the approach to communication as a complex and emerging phenomenon. Within this framework, it presents the scope of the deployment of communicational strategies defined as “fluid algorithms of diversity”, focusing on cognitive opera- tion no. 4 of Enactive Research in Communication: Recognition of collective self-devices, examining and characterizing the Sociocultural Matrices such as fractals – strange attractors – linked to the theme addressed by the communication strategy in each research territory.
