Political discourse: fundamentals of combat Operating through methodologies that have been sup- ported since the period of the 2018 election campaign to the present day, the presidential speech circulated, in conflict with other discourses, mainly institutional, directing criticisms to journalistic media, and sending messages to social networks, specifically to followers, exhorting watchwords.
