The post-doctoral degree was held at the University of Texas, Austin, United States, and at the University of Tel Aviv. He is currently a full professor at Pontifícia Universidade Cat lica do Rio Grande do Sul. He has experience in the area of Commu- nication, with an emphasis on the Theory and Ethics of Journal- ism, acting mainly on the following topics: journalism, tourism, technology, reporting, history and theory of communication, in- ternational public relations, international relations, and persua- sion.
