In a transversal way to the above-mentioned strategies, given that it triggers their processes and crosses them, the development of critical circuits that manifest themselves in the different spheres, from technological to social, from academic to normative, should be encouraged. The most established fields of knowledge and social practice – legal, literary, cinematographic, among many others – owe their development and continuity of qualitative advancement to the fact that they are flanked by true critique systems that keep them in a state of alert for course corrections, pro- cess improvement, review of objectives and diversification of experienc T e h s e . se circuits include actions and critical elaborations - from those very close to the production system (including by the production participants themselves) to the level of in-depth, external academic studies, involving a professional exercise of criticism on a case-by-case basis or yet, involving non-specialized users, but knowledgeable by direct participation in the in- teractional activation of the relevant products. These circuits, aimed at scrutinizing the interactional digital algorithm, correspond to what we already perceived in preparation when, at the beginning of this paper, we indicated we observed the increased circulation of the word “algorithm”, leading to the aforementioned repairs and propositions. The observation of the increased circulation of the word “algorithm”, accompanied by concerns about its processes and doubts about its consequences, already indicates a state of alert. As is well known, an important diversity of authors has al- ready set in motion the critical circulation required to deal with the complexity of the issue. The aim of the list of challenges highlighted in this pa- per, as well as the perception of the areas in which they can be addressed, is to participate, from the angle of communication issues, in the growing development of critical circuits on the in- teractional digital algorithm.
