Platforms, algorithms and AI: Issues and hypotheses in the mediatization perspective

In this context, the conditioning of the ef- fects of meaning by the instance of recognition in the circulatory processes is configured from the structuring of a “supercode” (Braga, 2020). Here we raise the possibility of adding circula- tory processes to the concept, analyzing how the supercode acts through a “de-circulation”, as a specific interactional process promoted within polarized information bubbles.
